Abstract:

Background: Literally scores of non-injectable Hgh enhancers are now available, most just recently. Few have been subjected to even the most rudimentary trials. Presented herein is a clinical study of 10 patients using a liquid oral hgh secretagogue, Hgh Plus, which had shown clinical effectiveness for four years. The purpose was primarily to measure pre and post ingestion IGF-1levels, with a secondary focus on biomarkers.

Method: 10 unscreened volunteers were placed on 10 to 12 drops of Hgh Plus twice a day, with water before meals. No other supplements were taken and no change in dietary or exercise patterns occurred. Pre and post IGF-1 blood levles were monitored, as were various aging bio-markers and subjective reports.

Results: Average 71.2% IGF-1 increase over an average of 60.8 days in the 10 volunteers.

Conclusion: The product, Hgh Plus, shows promise as an effective Human Growth Hormone releasing agent as evidenced by the clinical results.

HGH PLUS Clinical Trials Results: #218-1 Introduction:

The product, Hgh Plus, is an all-natural secretagogue that is designed to stimulate the pituitary gland to release human growth hormone (HGH). Clinical trials that commenced on June 10, 1998, testing for the effectiveness, were recently completed. Below is a summary of the results.

Commentary: The results proved consistent; that is, all participants showed a significant increased level of Somatomedin C after taking the product, Hgh Plus. To determine effectiveness over short, medium and longer time periods, various time frames were purposefully chosen.

As expected, the percentage of increase was quite variable also. Possible rational for the variation includes but is not limited to the following:

1. Genetics: Given the diverse background of each individual participant, genetic factors are likely to play a part when any testing is involved, be it nutritional or pharmaceutical.

2. Level of health: Each participant in this clinical trial was a volunteer and there was no "screening" of participants. Thus, the aforementioned individuals had a variety of health challenges. It should be noted that these individuals did not ingest any other supplements, nor make dietary or exercise adjustments. These doctor-approved controls were exercised throughout the entire clinical study.

3. Gut permeability: Some of the participants were experiencing digestive disturbances such as Leaky Gut Syndrome prior to volunteering for this study. As such, the initial levels of absorption would have a tendency to vary. (It is interesting to note that one of the ingredients in the product, Hgh Plus is used to improve digestion and absorption. Thus by all measurable accounts, the product seemed to have produced the secondary result of increased absorption and reduction of gut permeability).

4. Hormonal irregularity: Women in particular are more prone to hormonal irregularity due to the complex nature of their hormonal and reproductive systems. It is an accepted fact that the average length of time to regulate and balance the hormone system is three (3) months.It is a testament to the product's effectiveness that hormonal regulation, as evidenced by the increase in Somatomedin C, occurred within this time period.

Biomarkers: Biomarkers were also noted in this Clinical Trial, though not the major focus. Biomarkers are measurable biological signs of aging. They relate to "physiological" age, not chronological age of the individual. For example, a person who was born in 1949 would be chronologically speaking, 50 years of age. However, their biomarkers indicate that their system is acting as if it were (hormonally secreting like a) 75 or 80 years of age. Individuals in this Clinical Trial involving the product, Hgh Plus, lost weight, saw a stabilization of blood pressure, improved their cholesterol/HDL ratio and reduced their insulin sensitivities - all anti-aging biomarkers.

Subjective reports included increase of energy and strength, stabilization of sleep patterns, improved mood, enhanced libido and reduced facial wrinkles.

In summary, the product Hgh Plus significantly increased Somatomedin C levels in 10 of 10 participants. It proved to be both safe and effective, with beneficial results noted.

Not included in this clinical trial is the following reference of a typical HGH injectable regimen:

Statistical Analysis:

The product, Hgh Plus, yielded an average increase in Somatomedin C levels of 71.186% over an average period of 60.8 days in 10 participants. The median scores of this even numbered group were 55% and 68.34%, giving a median average of 61.67%. Throwing out the highest and lowest score gives an average of 60.8%. Average IGF-1 for the 3 males in the study was 54.32%. For the 7 females, 77.17%. Highest increase was 193.3% (62F), lowest was 23.5% (58M). Ages ranged from 35 to 77, with an average age of 50.7 years, median average of 49 years. The average percentage IGF-1 increase in the youngest 5 (average 41.4 yrs.) was 77.52%. For the oldest 5 (average 60 years old), 63.14%. However, the 4 lowest scores were in that group of 5. The fifth was the highest score. The oldest person (77M) scored a 26.6% increase, the youngest (35M), a 68.3% increase. Average pre-test IGF-1 was 106.3; post-test was 172.7. The 5 volunteers on Hgh Plus the longest (average length of time 3.5 mos.) was 82.15%. For the 5 shortest (average time 34.6 days ) was 58.5%.

Summary

The product Hgh Plus significantly increased Somatomedin C levels in 10 of 10 participants. It proved to be both safe and effective, with beneficial results noted. Greater response was noted in the 35 to 50 year old group. Longer usage lead to higher scores.
